Angelica finished Elementray and High School in Quezon City. It can be noted that Angelica was the JunSen Prom Princess (2002) and Miss JunSen Prom (2003) in her high shool days. She was also a cheerleader and a features wditor in their school paper. Angelica Panganiban started in showbiz at the age of six in "Ang TV" of ABS-CBN. It was followed by "Gimik" in 1996 then she took a rest from showbiz to continue her studies. She came back to showbiz in 2002 with the show "Berks". then she was signed to ABS-CBN's Star Magic Circle and became a co-host of "ASAP Fanatic" in 2004. Angelica had to stop his studies when her showbiz career became very active. She was casted in "Vietnam Rose", "Your Song", "Star Magic Presents:", "Ysabella", "Maging Sino Ka Man: Ang Pagbabalik", "Iisa Pa Lamang" and "Banana Split". Angelica Panganiban was also busy with movies; "Separada", "Sarah, Ang Munting Prinsesa", "Ama, Ina, Anak", "Hanggang Kailan Kita Mamahalin", "Santa Santita", "All About Love", "White Lady" and "A Love Story". She was given the Best Actress Award in her performance in "Ama, Ina, Anak" and a Best Actress nominee in "Santa Santita". She bagged the Best Supporting Actress award in "A Love Story" and the Villain of the Year Award for her superb performance in "Iisa Pa Lamang". Angelica was also featured in FHM Philippines Magazine and ranked consistently in the top 10 for the magazine's 100 Sexiest Women from 2005 to 2008. She was also a cover girl in Maxim Magazine and ranked No. 1 in the magazine's Hottest 100 Women. Angelica Panganiban is currently in the comedy sitcom "Banana Split: Season 2" and casted in "Bandida" for the year 2009. She is given her lead role in "Rubi", a local remake of a Mexican telenovela that is to be shown in 2010. |
